About Catalyst

The Cooperative

Catalyst Collective is a worker-owned producer and marketing cooperative supporting artists, events, festivals, venues, and cultural organizations.

Producer-led work with shared standards, visibility, and care.

Founded by producers working across music, live events, media production, and arts management, the cooperative was created to address a shared reality: creative work is essential, impactful, and skilled, yet too often under-supported by traditional business models.

Catalyst Collective exists to change that by building shared infrastructure, collective visibility, and sustainable pathways for creative labour.

Why We Exist

Creative work deserves real infrastructure.

Across the arts and cultural sectors, artists and organizations are expected to deliver professional, high-impact work with limited resources and increasing pressure. At the same time, creative professionals face inconsistent work, rising costs, and a lack of shared support systems.

By operating as a cooperative, we bring experienced producers, marketers, and creatives together under one structure, allowing clients to access reliable, high-quality services while ensuring creative workers are supported, fairly compensated, and connected to a broader community.
